The year has coming to the end, and it is X'MAS Time!!!
Well, recently I had chances to go to some of the places which mostly have the X'Mas decor.
A huge X'Mas tree near the carpark of Crown Square, Kuching.
X'Mas lighting decor at the entrance of Crown Square.
Big Blue X'Mas tree in front of The Spring, Kuching ( Celcom X Pac Promo Event).
Jungle of X'Mas tree at Riverside Superbowl ( Riverside Bowling Center, Kuching).
Rounded X'Mas tree at the lobby of Hilton Hotel Kuching.
The Hilton management even put some decor at the entrance of "Washroom"!
At the Hilton Ballroom entrance.
Ready for the coming NEW YEAR?

Zhong Yuan Kitchen ~ Tested
Just tried out the "Zhong Yuan Kitchen" last night, at Premier 101 Commercial Centre.
Obviously by the name, not hard to notice it is a Chinese restaurant.
Here is the menu front page.
2nd page looks very promising, with the words "Customers 1st" in mandarin.
The outlook of the restaurant, the theme deco is X'Mas season. Even the waiters & waitresses are wearing Santa's hat to serve us.
Guess what is this for?
Da..da..Rice container..to keep the rice warm enough for the night.
The "small Kai-lan". RM10.
To me, it was a bit salty. OK lah if mix with rice.
I think this is called Spicy Four Season Bean...or something. RM10.
We 'ta-pao' this one back during 'half-time'. Taste, so-so.
This one is Honey Sauce Chicken, very nice. RM13.
Recommended!
The Seafood Corn Soup for 2, but I think this bowl is big enough for 5~6 pax . RM15.
Quite nice, but we were too full to finish it.
We 'ta-pao' this one also.
Total Bill including 2 bowl of rice + 2 drinks: RM55.50

C 121 : New Cafe at Stutong
C121 : A new definition of "Standard" benchmarking for Cafe in Kuching. The newly opened cafe is located at Setia Raja Commercial shoplots (next to Stutong Market). It consist of 3 shoplots at the ground floor which accommodates more than 50 tables. According to a friend, the cafe is operating 24 hrs a day non-stop.
C121 cafe operates in a "stall" style of business. Variety of food from individual stalls to choose from, range from Chicken Rice, Dim Sum, Kueh Chap, Taiwanese Cuisine to Penang Style food and more at reasonable & acceptable prices.
As for environmental-wise, alot of fans in place and the seat spacing between tables are wide enough that you won't feel stuffy or hot.

What Is Your Resolution?
I don't mean by what mega pixels or dpi here, but more to a future resolves and plannings.
Well, the year is ending. Have you start thinking about your plans for next year? Here's mine.
My Resolution
Next Year:-
1. Learn new knowledge & skills
2. Increase income by 10%~20%
3. Double my current saving amount by end of next year.
Some notes for myself : I think No.1 shall be no problem, I will give my best. No.2~No.3 are inter-related, right? Will need to see deeper into it later on.
Next 2nd~5th Years:-
1. Own a small business
Some notes for myself : No idea at all, maybe to gain some experiences? Will see in the coming years.
Next 5th~10th years:-
1. Run a decent business, with a stable income of RM10,000 ~ RM50,000 per month
Some notes for myself : This is in my wish list...haha.
Next 10th~20th years:-
1. Own a luxury car
2. Design and build my own hilltop house on a land area with not less than 30 points.
Some notes for myself : Also in my wish list. Haha...
By luxury car, I mean....
either this OR
As for my dream hilltop house, I wish to be something like these:-
If possible, I don't mind to be as big as these:-
So, what's you resolution & planning for the coming future?

Pizza & More, Kuching - Round 2
Can't resist to go " Pizza & More " to try out their western food Friday night.
So, here are some photos for your pleasure.
Chicken Chop with brown sauce- Juicy meat, nice sauce. Some chips at the side would make it perfect.
Overall Score : 70
Lamb Shank - Well, I have to say I like lamb. And the special sauce applied is just..hmm..how to say..NICE! Again, chips please.
Overall Score : 75
Dessert : This one is the FOC (free of charge) from the Boss. Thanks.
To me, it's a bit sweet. But dessert is suppose to be sweet, right? Maybe I'm not the kind of 'sweety' guy.
Cheers.

Pizza & More
This is the one I'm talking about. "Pizza & More"
This is the outlook of the restaurant.
(Do you see there is another blogger sitting inside and start taking photos of the food?...Hehe.)
The Menu front page.
Red-Orange-Yellow (typical foody of colours selection)
Sample pricings of the menu...
I've ordered the Ice lemon tea (as one of the drinks included in the combo menu).
First served, the SALAD.
Then, the crispy GARLIC BREAD. I gives a 70 out of 100.
Soup of the day.

RAKUTEI at Crown Square, Kuching
Japanese food...it has become one of my favourites.
RAKUTEI JAPANESE RESTAURANT is located in Crown Square Shopping Centre, Kuching.
Here is the wall photo showing Tokyo busy street.
I wonder why they want to show busy street like this in a restaurant. This photo reminds me "Traffic Jam", "Busy works" & "Tomorrow is a Working Day".
I want to have a meal...a quiet & peaceful meal...Take the photo away.
Okay...look behind.
The Chef is busying preparing my orders.
Of course, drinks come first.
Good old Green Tea & Iced Lemon Tea.
The fried squid.
The Katsu set meal..
Another deep fried chicken...
Fried Noodle...
The Salmon...favourite.
Can't remember what is called..
Look closer...
Hehehe...nice huh?
Another Salmon fillings..
One more for the Salmon lovers...
Sorry, to0 FULL to say anything liao...bye.
