OneTJ ICT Shopping Center

Status : almost done, welcoming business to come in with a showroom ready.
Well, next time when I need some PC stuff, I will go there...

I doubt the PC stuffs there will be cheap cos I heard the rental there very expensive !!
So, you still prefer the old buddy (Seberkas) for I.T. gadgets?
Roughly, what's the average rental there? Any idea?
